Zombie
The mysterious Zombie cocktail was invented by Don the Beachcomber in the 1930s, to cure a businessman’s hangover.Ingredients
- 1 oz (3 cl) light rum
- 1 oz (3 cl) dark rum
- 1 oz (3 cl) gold rum
- 0.5 oz (1.5 cl) cherry bourbon
- 0.5 oz (1.5 cl) triple sec
- 2 oz (6 cl) fruit punch
- 2 oz (6 cl) pineapple juice
- Slice of pineapple
- Cocktail cherry
- Pour all five liqueurs into highball glass.
- Add fruit punch and pineapple juice.
- Mix and garnish with pineapple and cherry.
Because of the high proof rum, this cocktail could be lit if desired.
