Flaming Dr. Pepper

• 1 oz (3 cl) amaretto
• 0.5 oz (1.5 cl) Bacardi 151 or Everclear
• 1/2 pint (8 oz, 24 cl) beer

• Pint glass
• Shot glass

• In a single shot glass, delicately pour the 1/4 shot of Bacardi on top of the 3/4 shot of Amaretto being careful to avoid mixing the 2 ingredients together.
• When ready, use a match to ignite the Bacardi in the shot glass and drop the shot into the half pint of beer.
• The drink should be quickly consumed immediately following the dropping of the shot into the beer.

Use caution when making flammable cocktails as the flame can often be invisible.
