Bloody Mary

Bloody Mary, invented in the 1920s, is a spicy tomato juice and vodka drink that is great for brunch, cold days and easing hangover pains.Ingredients
- 1.5 oz (4.5 cl) vodka
- 3 oz (9 cl) tomato juice
- 0.5 oz (1.5 cl) lemon juice
- 7 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 pinch freshly ground pepper
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated horseradish
- Pickled asparagus sprig or
- Slice of celery
- Pour ingredients into shaker filled with ice, shake.
- Strain into a Collins glass with ice.
- Garnish with asparagus or celery.
