Bacardi cocktail is an IBA Official Cocktail made primarily with Bacardi rum. It is served as a “pre-dinner” cocktail.

Ingredients

1.5 oz (4.5 cl) Bacardi rum white
0.7 oz (2 cl) lemon or lime juice
0.2 oz (0.6 cl) grenadine syrup

Glass

Cocktail glass

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
