Americano was first served in creator Gaspare Campari’s bar, Cafe Campari, in the 1860s.

Ingredients

1 oz (3 cl) Campari
1 oz (3 cl) sweet red vermouth
Splash of club soda

Garnishes

Orange slice

Glass

Instructions

Mix the ingredients directly in old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
Add club soda.
Garnish with half orange slice.
