Alexander is said to be named after Czar Alexander II of Russia.Ingredients
- 0.75 oz (2.25 cl) gin or brandy
- 0.75 oz (2.25 cl) heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- 0.75 oz (2.25 cl) white Creme de Cacao
- Nutmeg
- Combine ingredients over ice.
- Shake and strain into glass.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Do not attempt to combine the Gin and Brandy Alexander into a single drink.
